I strongly recommend that you use an 'assasin' mainly to beat the boss.
An assasin is useful because he can 'hide'.
the point is that as you hide with an assasin, enermies lose track of you.
it makes you easier to beat the boss in the fight.
(you'll see why, as you read on)
well, it is not a nessesary thing, you can beat with other characters.
(I recommend a warrock when you fight against the Doppleganger thought.)

the answer is ' it doesnt matter what characters you take as long as they can put damage on the boss '
because the role of them is just 'attack the boss and get killed'.
